We all know there is nothing quite like a “Ray Villafane Pumpkin.” From carving for the President at the White House, carving for Heidi Klum’s Annual Halloween Party and along side Martha Stewart, Ray’s pumpkins have not only made their way across the Nation but across the World! Since we couldn’t clone Ray, we did the next best thing, Ray partnered with the awe inspiring Andy Bergholtz, and together they built a “Dream Team” of amazing sculptor’s and have been carving away! We’d like to give a warm welcome to our new team members, Trevor Grove, Chris Vierra, Alfred Parades and Patrick Burke. You thought you’d seen the most amazing pumpkins on the planet before? You ain’t seen nothin’ yet!
Here is a Baranabas pumpkin we did for Warner Bros. release of the Dark Shadows DVD. When it comes to likeness carvings, Villafane Studios pulled out the big guns….Trevor Grove!!! Amazing pumpkin!! The shadowing in the eyes was done with chalk pastels.
