Svenja Jödicke, known as ixieCold, is an artist and make-up hobbyist living in Berlin, Germany. While eye art has definitely seen an uptick in popularity over the last few months, Svenja really takes her craft to the next level, adding theatrical feathers, contact lenses and other accessories.
