This has really been a crazy
start of the New Year!
I had my Mothers house in Escrow and everything
was plugging along and then a snag with
the buyers loan... not good news
Had to cancel that Escrow and get the house back on the market!
The good news, have another offer and a new Escrow..
Been also looking for a 1st time home for our
Son and Daughter in law...
The crazy thing with the Real Estate Market right now
in California is the entry level priced homes
are being snatched up by investors...
The good news we have found them a place,
it too is in Escrow right now...
So keeping fingers crossed in
about 30 days things should
be better around my neck of the woods..
Keeping on the sunny side...
