Oh wow lot's of Spring Colors
going on in my Studio
I think this is one of my favorite times
of year, everything is in bloom...
And all the pastel colors
are just right up my alley!
Besides playing in the Studio I was working
an Open House this weekend.
So no Garage Sales or Estate Sales...
But did I ever have a ton of buyers
show up for the Open House
And today one of them submitted an offer!
Just a mere $900,000 imagine that lifestyle!
And another couple are going to do the same~
I've got my work cut out for me!
Let's hope this is a sign that
the Real Estate Market is taking a positive turn!
